Inland freight:
Inland freight covers all transportation costs within the exporting country. For example:
- Buyer A in the US purchases goods from Factory B in China and arranges shipping to the US through Freight Company C. The inland freight is the cost of transporting goods from Factory B to Freight Company C.
- Buyer A in Germany purchases goods from Factory C in China through Agent B. The goods are first sent to B for repackaging, then forwarded to Freight Company D for shipping to Germany. The inland freight includes the cost of transporting goods from Factory C to Agent B and from Agent B to Freight Company D.
Inland Freight of PT5:
- the goods from the factory will be usually sent to our warehouse, and then sent to the forwards’s warehouse after repacking.
What is the Cost:
- For Samples: Any parcel less than 1kg costs between $1-$1.5 arriving in 2-4 days in China. PT5 charges an average of $1.20 with an extra $0.5/kg when the parcel heavier than 1kg. SF Express is optional (arriving in 1-2 days) with the cost of $3.00 at the first kilogram, and then $1.50 for each extra kg.
what the nand Fraghe - For Wholesale: PT5 will send the freight bill of each order as the proof, and charge the same.
- For Dropshipping:
- Buy from orders from a new store: If there’s only several orders, $1.20/order will be added, similar as samples;
- Buy the stocks: Similar as wholesale. Should be much cheaper.
- Volume Weigth: Usually, 6000 is used as the devident to calculate the volume weight.
