Insurance coverage is exclusively available to clients who procure or ship goods through our company services. This ensures that we can manage the entire process and verify the condition of the goods from start to finish.
For self-procured products, the value must be declared. Failure to do so may result in non-compensation for the loss of goods value if a claim is made.
The insured amount can be up to 300% of the goods' value, but the actual payout will not exceed 100% of the declared value. This policy ensures fair compensation based on proven worth.
Prohibited items, such as flammable liquids, white powders, currencies, and other restricted goods as per international shipping regulations, are not covered by the insurance.
Coverage begins the moment the freight forwarder officially receives the goods and a corresponding waybill or tracking number is generated in our system.

Yes. The insurable amount ranges from 100% to 300% of the product's value. Sellers can insure up to 300% of the value, but the actual compensation will not exceed 100% of the insured amount.

The required materials vary by claim type:

  • Quick Payout: Basic materials are usually sufficient, such as photos of the damage and the package shipping label.
  • Full Payout: Requires complete proof documents, such as transaction records, official reports, and other relevant evidence.

Yes. If a package is detained by customs, we can compensate 50% of the insured amount. You will need to provide proof of detention from customs or the logistics company.

The insurance policy becomes active from the moment the freight forwarder receives your goods and a shipping waybill is generated.

The insurance is valid for the entire shipping process, from pickup until the package is signed for by the recipient.

As long as the route adjustment is a normal change arranged through our company, the insurance remains valid. However, unilaterally changing the carrier or route may void the policy.
